• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Create and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Review all vendors/suppliers and price options.
• Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or above with supply chain/logistics, or relevant major.
• 1-2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Attention to detail.
